### SECTION X: PARTNER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS & PENALTIES

To maintain platform trust, Partners are expected to fulfill 100% of confirmed bookings. If a Partner must cancel an active or confirmed booking, the following terms apply:

1. Notice Windows & Penalties:

* More than 48 hours notice: No financial penalty, but the cancellation will be logged toward the Partner's Fulfillment Rating.

* 24 to 48 hours notice: A penalty fee equal to 15% of the total booking value will be deducted from the Partner’s next payout.

* Less than 24 hours notice / Partner No-Show: A penalty fee equal to 50% of the booking value will be charged to cover the platform's cost of re-booking the end-user.

2. Impact on Account Status:

* Fulfilling fewer than 95% of accepted bookings within a rolling 30-day window will result in temporary profile de-ranking.

* Three (3) unexcused last-minute cancellations (<24 hours notice) may result in permanent suspension from [Platform Name].

3. Extenuating Circumstances & Force Majeure:

Penalties are waived if the cancellation is caused by documented emergencies (e.g., severe illness, property damage, natural disasters). Partners must submit proof to Partner Support within 72 hours of the cancellation to request a fee waiver.
